We’re experiencing elevated errors on the PushOwl dashboard and API, along with delays in background processing (such as notifications, automations, and order/event syncs).
We’ve identified the cause as an issue with one of our infrastructure components and are working with our provider to restore full service as quickly as possible.
Background tasks are safely queued and will be processed automatically once service is restored no data is being lost. Some actions in the dashboard may fail or be delayed in the meantime.
